How do I participate? To participate, scan the QR code on your Alton Towers x Carex promotional pack. Follow the instructions on the website, input your details including your barcode and batch number, and then start wiping away the bubbles to reveal your reward. Please note that you need to purchase a qualifying Carex product to participate. Check the Terms & Conditions for eligibility criteria.

Do I need to purchase anything to participate? Yes, proof of purchase may be required to redeem your prize, so please hold onto your receipt! Please ensure that the Carex product you purchase is eligible for entry into the promotion.

How will I receive my prize if I win? Winners will be immediately notified on-screen if they have won a prize. You will then be contacted by [email protected] to confirm the win.
