Merlin will carry out spot checks on proof of employment / membership with guests on arrival. If the Offer is found to have been used fraudulently, legal action will be taken against the parties involved.

The Offer is not available on arrival at the Attraction.

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discounted entry.

Tickets must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by Merlin.

All tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable & not for resale and will become automatically void on any transfer for value or any fraudulent activity.

Tickets purchased are only valid on the date printed on the ticket unless otherwise specified.

Please check the Attraction’s website for operating calendars to check opening times and dates.

Merlin reserves the right to close any Attraction in part or in whole throughout the year without prior warning.

All Bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of entry for the relevant Attraction, which are available from the attraction website.

Booking tickets on the same day as your visit are not discounted.

All prices and tickets options listed on the attraction online store are subject to change without notice.

Please note that the corporate discount store availability may differ from the attraction own brand website direct availability.

Corporate discount is variable up to 15% off and may be capacity limited. The deepest level of discount applies on the least busy days. Purchase for same day visit, some special events and super peak days may not be discounted at all. Direct attraction online promotions are currently unable to be replicated on the corporate online stores.

• Guests can save at least 10% on full-price standard admission tickets when booking in advance through selected third-party booking links. • Savings are calculated against the equivalent date, time slot, and ticket type available on the attraction's official website, at the point of confirming the booking. • The offer applies to adult and child standard admission tickets only and is subject to availability.

• The offer excludes: • Same – day tickets purchased at the attraction
• Short breaks and hotel stays • Seasonal and special events • Fast-track products, parking, dining packages, photography and other add-ons • Annual passes, memberships, gift vouchers, group bookings and other promotional ticket - types

• Tickets are valid only for the attraction, date and time selected at booking, are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher or membership benefit unless stated otherwise.

• Participating attractions include selected UK Merlin attractions such as Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures, LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Thorpe Park, London Eye, Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE Centres, Warwick Castle, Cadbury World, The Gruffalo and Friends Club House, The Dungeons and Shrek's Adventure! London.

• Merlin reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer and participating attractions at any time. • Misuse or fraudulent use of the offer may result in ticket cancellation or refusal of entry without refund.

Important: This offer provides 10% or more off standard admission tickets only. Seasonal events, value-added products and accommodation packages are excluded. Higher savings may be available on selected off-peak dates.
