Prize 1: £50 off a Merlin Short Break
Overview of the Prize
Each prize consists of £50 off an overnight short break at the winner’s chosen attraction:

The £50 discount is valid for use on one attraction only and is applicable to short break bookings only.
Validity & Booking Conditions

The prize must be booked by 23rd January 2026

Valid for stays on dates up to 31st May 2026

All bookings are subject to availability and must be made at least 4 weeks in advance
Once an attraction is selected and an attraction-specific discount code has been issued, it cannot be changed.
Exclusions & Limitations

This offer cannot be use in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, or reward/loyalty scheme

This offer is for for direct Merlin attraction Hotel bookings and cannot be used for Third Party hotels.

This offer cannot be used against pre-purchased tickets
-
This offer cannot be used for group bookings or concession rate tickets (e.g. senior citizens, veterans, family tickets, students)
-
This offer cannot be used by Merlin Annual Pass or Season Pass holders
Age & Supervision Policy
Children under the age of 12 will not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times while on-site.
Attraction Rights
Each attraction reserves the right to:

Refuse entry at its discretion

Close or alter rides, attractions, or facilities for operational, health & safety, technical, or capacity-related reasons
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
With Cancellation Protection

Stay date can be changed up to 3 days before arrival
Without Cancellation Protection
-
Stay date can be changed up to 7 days before arrival
Additional Terms

If the new booking is more expensive, the difference must be paid
-
If the new booking is cheaper, the difference will be refunded (up to 14 working days for processing)

Some promotional packages may be non-amendable – this will be clearly stated on the promotion or event page

Changes to lead name, personal details, ticket date, or carer ticket refunds can be requested up to 3 days before arrival via phone: 0330 236 8860
All change requests are at the sole discretion of the Promoter and subject to availability. Some changes may incur additional charges.
Additional Terms

The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, not for resale, and has no cash alternative

No cash or other alternative will be offered, unless due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, in which case a suitable alternative of equal or greater value may be provided

The prize must be claimed and used by the named winner only

Cannot be combined with other promotional offers or sales. Only valid on Merlin Entertainments hotel bookings and not third party hotels.
Merlin Entertainments is not responsible for any loss, cost, or damage arising from use of the prize, except in cases of negligence. Statutory rights are not affected.

Prize 2: Merlin Short Breaks: One-night stay and one-day theme park tickets for up to 4 people
Overview of the Prize
Each prize consists of a one-night stay and one-day theme park tickets for up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) at the winner’s choice of the following resorts:

Prize Validity & Booking Conditions

Valid during the Main Season only (excluding special events and official school holidays)

Blackout dates apply: Prize cannot be redeemed for stays between 22nd November and 31st December

Note: Theme parks may be closed from November to March

Travel, transport, food (other than breakfast), drinks, souvenirs, gratuities, and personal expenses are not included, unless otherwise stated

In the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
