The promoter of this Promotion is News Group Newspapers Limited (publishers of The Sun and The Sun on Sunday) of 1 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9GF (the Promoter)
- Open to Sun Savers, Sun Digital Newspaper and Sun Club members who are UK residents aged 18 or over only, except employees of the Promoter, News Corp UK & Ireland Limited, and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, their families, agents or any other person(s) connected with this promotion, including third party promotional partners.
- You will receive e-tickets which can be printed or displayed on your mobile device. Only one application per household. Multiple applications from the same household will ALL be cancelled.
- Application for your two tickets is available via THREE methods:
- a) Via the Sun Savers app or website (online application). You must collect FIVE unique Sun Savers codes by purchase of The Sun from Saturday,September 6, 2025 to Thursday, September 18, 2025. Once you have entered FIVE unique Sun Savers codes you will unlock your unique booking code on the Sun Savers app / website. You will then be directed to the Sun Superdays – Madame Tussauds London website where you can select a specific date between Saturday, September 13 and Sunday, March 15, 2026 inclusive and book your tickets Madame Tussauds London. You will receive e-tickets which can be printed or displayed on your mobile device.
- b) Via The Sun Digital Newspaper (online application). You must have an active subscription to The Sun Digital Newspaper app. Subscribers to The Sun Newspaper App must link their Sun Digital Newspaper account to Sun Savers. The Sun Digital Newspaper subscribers do not need to collect Sun Savers codes and can apply to book two tickets from 11:00am on Wednesday, September 10 until 23:59 on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 via the Sun Savers app or website.
- c) Via The Sub Club (online application). You must have an active membership to Sun Club. Sun Club subscribers do not need to collect Sun Savers codes and can apply to book two tickets from 11:00am on Wednesday, September 10 until 23:59 on Wednesday, October 8, 2025.
- Sun Savers codes are unique and may only be redeemed once. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse redemption of any Sun Savers codes or cancel any existing redemption if in its reasonable opinion, it suspects any breach of these Terms and Conditions. Sun Savers codes found to be shared, transferred or sold may be considered fraud and we are within our rights to cancel or suspend the Sun Savers account of any member that may be defrauding the Promoter. The Promoter may ask you to provide the source of a Sun Savers code for verification purposes.
5.Your unique booking code will appear on the Sun Savers app and website once you have collected nine Sun Savers codes and clicked the ‘Redeem booking code’ button. Sun Club members will receive their unique booking code on the Madame Tussauds London page on the Sun Club Offers hub. 6.Tickets are subject to availability and on a first come, first served basis. You are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment. There are 20,000 pairs of tickets available on dates between Saturday, September 3, 2025 until Sunday, March 15, 2026.
Offer subject to availability. There are a minimum of 50 to a maximum of 330 tickets available each day. All tickets are strictly subject to availability and on a first come, first served basis. Tickets prices vary from no cost to £22 per ticket, check terms and live booking calendar for more information.

8.Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged and are only valid for entry at Madame Tussauds London. Tickets are only valid for the attraction, date and time selected.
- The closing date for applications to receive a unique booking code is strictly 23:59 on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. We will not be able to process or honour any applications received after this date.
10.Your unique booking code must be redeemed online by 23:59pm on Wednesday, October 8, 2025.
11 In the event incorrect or incomplete information is provided this may result in the rejection of your application.
12.No liability will be accepted for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit your ability to participate in the promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited.
13.The Promoter, Madame Tussauds London cannot take any responsibility for any unused tickets and will not, under any circumstance, reissue tickets for an alternative date if the allocated date is missed.
14.Photocopies are not accepted.
15.Tickets have no cash value and will be VOID and invalid if transferred to parties other than the applicant.
16.Tickets are not for re-sale. A breach of this condition will entitle Madame Tussauds London or the Promoter to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.
17.Successful applicants must pre-book their visit online before attending the attraction. Attending the attraction without a reserved time slot may result in the applicant being refused entry.
18.Tickets must be presented upon entrance and surrendered to the ticket booth operator at Madame Tussauds London. E-tickets can be shown via a mobile phone or printed.
19.This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Any further additional visitors accompanying offer ticket holders must purchase a ticket price online in advance.
20.The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion if, in its sole discretion, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified (including as a result of any printing errors).
21.The successful applicant and guest are responsible for travel to and from the attraction at their own expense.
22.Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings may apply to certain attractions.
23.A Visitor (person) aged 16 (sixteen) years or older is classed as an Adult. A Visitor (person) aged 2 (two) to 15 (fifteen) is classed as a Child. A Visitor (person) under the age of 2 (two) will require no admission fee to be charged but must still hold a valid ticket.

- Madame Tussauds London reserves the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of the attraction or other reasons including overcapacity.

27.The Promoter will collect and process participants' personal information in accordance with the privacy policy at http://www.newsprivacy.co.uk/single/. The information provided may be shared with the Promoter's agents, affiliates and any third party promotional partner as applicable (including those outside the UK/European Economic Area) to the extent necessary in order to conduct the Promotion including for the Promotional Items to be delivered. Information provided by participants will only be used for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and other purposes as may be specified or consented to at the time of entry or on promotional materials. If participants do not provide any of the mandatory information requested when participating in the Promotion, their entry will be void.
28.These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion of these Terms and Conditions.
29 Your completed application form is your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
30.The Promoter, its affiliates, and the attraction may amend or withdraw any element of the promotion for reasons beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to the unavailability of the promotion entry platform before the closing date, or for strike, lock-out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, public health concern in relation to potential infection, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, compliance with law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, breakdown of plant, machinery or transportation. The Promoter, its affiliates, and the attraction are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of any of these occurrences. Therefore the Promoter and the attraction shall not be responsible if a participant is unable to redeem their tickets for any time period as a result of government guidelines or restrictions resulting from COVID-19. No alternative booking dates or compensation will be made available in these circumstances.
