All information submitted in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy accessible at http://www.newsprivacy.co.uk/ and Merlin’s privacy policy which can be found at https://www.merlinentertainments.biz/footer/privacy-and-cookies/ The promoter of this Promotion is News Group Newspapers Limited (publishers of The Sun and The Sun on Sunday) of 1 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9GF (the Promoter).

  1. Open to Sun Savers members who are UK residents aged 18 or over only, except employees of the Promoter, News Corp UK & Ireland Limited, and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, their families, agents or any other person(s) connected with this promotion, including third party promotional partners.

  2. You will receive e-tickets which can be printed or displayed on your mobile device. Only one application per household. Only one application method may be used. Multiple applications from the same household will ALL be cancelled.

  3. Application for your two tickets is available via TWO methods:

a) Via the Sun Savers app or website (online application). You must collect FIVE unique Sun Savers codes by purchase of The Sun from Saturday, 10 February 2024 to Thursday, 22 February 2024. Once you have entered FIVE unique Sun Savers codes you will receive a unique booking code via email which will allow you to select a specific date and time (within the period of) online directly with your chosen SEA LIFE Aquarium. You will receive e-tickets which can be printed or displayed on your mobile device.

b) Via The Sun Digital Newspaper (online application). You must have an active subscription to The Sun Digital Newspaper app. Subscribers to The Sun Newspaper App must link their account to Sun Savers. Subscribers do not need to collect Sun Savers codes and can apply for two tickets from 11:00am on Wednesday, February 14 until 23:59 on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 via the Sun Savers app or website. You will receive e-tickets which can be printed or displayed on your mobile device.

  1. Sun Savers codes are unique and may only be redeemed once. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse redemption of any Sun Savers codes or cancel any existing redemption if in its reasonable opinion, it suspects any breach of these Terms and Conditions. Sun Savers codes found to be shared, transferred or sold may be considered fraud and we are within our rights to cancel or suspend the Sun Savers account of any member that may be defrauding the Promoter. The Promoter may ask you to provide the source of a Sun Savers code for verification purposes.

  1. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, and are only valid for entry at the following SEA LIFE Aquariums; SEA LIFE London, SEA LIFE Weymouth, SEA LIFE Brighton, SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth, SEA LIFE Hunstanton, SEA LIFE Scarborough, SEA LIFE Loch Lomond, SEA LIFE Blackpool, SEA LIFE Manchester and SEA LIFE Birmingham on the allocated date/period.   2. The closing date for applications is strictly Wednesday, 6 March 2024. We will not be able to process or honour any applications received after this date.

  3. Your unique booking code must be redeemed online by 23:59pm on Wednesday, 27 March 2024.

  4. In the event incorrect or incomplete information is provided this may result in the rejection of your application.

  5. No liability will be accepted for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit your ability to participate in the promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited.

  6. The Promoter and SEA LIFE cannot take any responsibility for any unused tickets and will not, under any circumstance, reissue tickets for an alternative date if the allocated date is missed.

  7. Photocopies are not accepted.

  8. Tickets have no cash value and will be VOID and invalid if transferred to parties other than the applicant.

  9. Tickets are not for re-sale. A breach of this condition will entitle SEA LIFE or the Promoter to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.

  10. Successful applicants must pre-book their visit online before attending the attraction. Attending the attraction without a reserved time slot may result in the applicant being refused entry.

  11. Tickets must be presented upon entrance and surrendered to the ticket booth operator at the SEA LIFE Aquarium. E-tickets can be shown via a mobile phone or printed.

  12. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Any further additional visitors accompanying offer ticket holders must purchase a ticket price online in advance.

  13. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion if, in its sole discretion, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified (including as a result of any printing errors).

  14. The successful applicant and guest are responsible for travel to and from the attraction at their own expense.

  15. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings may apply to certain attractions.

  16. Adults are aged 16 years and above. Children are aged 2-15 years. Children under two years are admitted free of charge and must hold a valid (free) ticket. This can be booked via the attraction’s website. No person aged 15 or under will be admitted to the attraction unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over and such person or persons whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.

  18. SEA LIFE reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of the attraction or other reasons including overcapacity.

  19. Opening hours may vary, please check your chosen SEA LIFE Aquarium’s website when booking.

  20. The Promoter will collect and process participants' personal information in accordance with the privacy policy at http://www.newsprivacy.co.uk/single/. The information provided may be shared with the Promoter's agents, affiliates and any third party promotional partner as applicable (including those outside the UK/European Economic Area) to the extent necessary in order to conduct the Promotion including for the Promotional Items to be delivered. Information provided by participants will only be used for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and other purposes as may be specified or consented to at the time of entry or on promotional materials. If participants do not provide any of the mandatory information requested when participating in the Promotion, their entry will be void.

  21. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions.

  22. Your completed application form is your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Promotion.

  23. The Promoter, its affiliates, and the attraction may amend or withdraw any element of the promotion for reasons beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to the unavailability of the promotion entry platform before the closing date, or for strike, lock-out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, public health concern in relation to potential infection, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, compliance with law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, breakdown of plant, machinery or transportation. The Promoter, its affiliates, and the attraction are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of any of these occurrences. Therefore the Promoter and the attraction shall not be responsible if a participant is unable to redeem their tickets for any time period as a result of government guidelines or restrictions resulting from COVID-19. No alternative booking dates or compensation will be made available in these circumstances.

  24. SEA LIFE has introduced specific safety measures at each of its attractions in an effort to safeguard the health, safety and wellbeing of persons visiting their attractions. A full list of safety measures is available on the SEA LIFE website.

  25. Visitors with certain health conditions and disabilities related to higher bodily temperatures should speak to the SEA LIFE attraction team upon booking to ensure they can provide the correct assistance on an individual basis.
