TERMS & Conditions - The Sun London Attractions

MERLIN DISCOUNT OFFER PROMOTION RULES:

1. By participating in this promotion (the Promotion), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the Terms and Conditions). Promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including all information on how to participate in the Promotion published in publications of the Promoter (including social media if applicable) or on the Promoter's websites, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

2. The promoter of this Promotion is News Group Newspapers Ltd (publishers of The Sun and The Sun on Sunday) of 1 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9GF (the Promoter)

3. The Promotion offers a discount of £10 (ten pounds) off adult tickets, and between £4 (four pounds) and £7 (seven pounds) off child tickets the following selected Merlin Entertainments attractions: The London Eye, Madame Tussauds London, SEA LIFE London, and The London Dungeon (“ME Attractions”). The discount is applied to the standard ticket price available at the time of booking. Merlin Entertainments operates a dynamic pricing model; prices may fluctuate based on demand, time of booking, and date of visit.

Eligibility

4. The Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom.

5. You must be aged 18 years or older to participate in the Promotion.

6.The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Promotion:

• employees and agents of the Promoter, News Corp UK & Ireland Limited (or any group companies of the Promoter or News Corp UK & Ireland Limited);
• employees and agents of (i) any organisation directly connected with the operation or fulfilment of the Promotion (including Merlin Entertainments UK); and (ii) any associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies of such organisations or partners; and
• the immediate families and household members of all such employees and agents referred to in (a) and (b).

7. By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof of your age, residency, and eligibility to participate in the Promotion. If you are found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or void any benefits you receive as part of the Promotion. The Promoter’s decision as to whether you are eligible for this Promotion is final and the Promoter is not obliged to provide any reasons for disqualification.

8. You must comply with the laws that apply to you in the jurisdiction that you access the Promotion from. If any laws applicable to you restrict or prohibit you from participating in the Promotion, you must comply with those laws and, if applicable, refrain from participating in the Promotion.

How to Participate

9. There are three ways to participate:

Sun Savers	Create an online Sun Savers account (if you don’t already have one). Collect two unique codes found in The Sun and The Sun on Sunday newspapers between Saturday, March 21, 2026, and Friday, March 27, 2026. Enter these codes into the Sun Savers app/website to unlock your booking link from 11:00 on Monday, March 23, 2026. Click ‘Redeem booking code’ to make your booking.
Sun Club	Active Sun Club members can access their booking link directly via the Sun Club platform from 11:00AM on Monday, March 23, 2026.
Sun Digital Newspaper	Active subscribers must link their account to Sun Savers to redeem their booking link from 11:00AM on Monday, March 23, 2026.

10. All bookings can be made between 11.00AM (UK time) on 23 March 2026 and 23.59 on Wednesday 22 April 2026 (UK time). After this time, all booking codes under this Promotion will become void.
11. All bookings must be made online.
12. Each participant is eligible for one unique booking code. This code is valid for a single transaction only, allowing for the purchase of up to four tickets. Once the transaction is complete, the code will expire. Each unique code is single‑use and can be redeemed for one attraction only.
13. This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to remove or temporarily suspend participation in this Promotion if it reasonably suspects any breach of these Terms and Conditions or if it receives any complaint from any third party relating to such participant.
15. Any form of participation other than via the official participation method will not be accepted. Use of script, macro or any automated system to participate is prohibited and using any such system may be treated as void.

Availability

16. Tickets are subject to availability, are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be resold. Tickets are only valid for the attraction, date and time selected. Tickets are not for re-sale. A breach of this condition will entitle the attraction and/or the Promoter to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.

17. There are no specific blackout dates, but the Promotion is subject to the operating calendars of the participating Merlin Attractions, for example if an Attraction is closed for maintenance or seasonal reasons. We therefore recommend that you visit the attraction websites to confirm the opening dates of the Attractions before making any booking.

19. Size, heigh, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings may apply to certain attractions. No person aged 5 or under will be admitted to the London Dungeon, and any person aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Please note, such person or persons must always remain under the control or supervision of an adult whilst on site.

 

20. A minimum allocation of 125 promotional tickets will be made available per day for Peak and Super‑Peak dates within the participating attractions. As these are minimum allocations, Merlin Entertainments may (at its sole discretion) occasionally make additional tickets available for purchase for specific attractions at the relevant discount outlined in this offer. If your preferred attraction and date combination are not available when you first attempt to book, you may wish to check back later.

 

Publicity and Data Protection

21.      The Promoter will collect and process participants' personal information in accordance with the privacy policy at http://www.newsprivacy.co.uk/, and Merlin’s privacy policy which can be found at https://www.merlinentertainments.biz/footer/privacy-and-cookies/

Liability

22. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit or exclude the Promoter's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not be limited as a matter of law.
23. The Promoter will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participation in the Promotion, or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit participant's ability to participate in the Promotion. Your statutory rights are not affected.
24. The Promoter will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from attendance or use of the Attractions.
25. The Promoter will not be responsible for any failure to meet the requirements of, or any other inability to participate in, the Promotion.
26. Without prejudice to a participant’s statutory rights and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage incurred by or any personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the offer

General

27. Participants agree to keep confidential any information of any nature regarding the Promoter and its businesses, personnel, agents, sponsors and event promoters received by participants as a result of participating in any Promotion.

28. Unless otherwise stated in the promotional materials, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant offer. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant offer.
29. Participants must not do anything illegal and/or dangerous and/or that would put themselves or others at any risk in connection with the Promotion in any way.
30. Any person who participates or attempts to participate in the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter's reasonable opinion is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other participants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter's sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Promotion as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising from such actions.
31. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or amend any element of the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions. Any such cancellation or any material amendment will be notified by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on the Promoter’s website. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of any event outside the Promoter’s control.
32. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions.
33. The Promoter may transfer all or part of its rights under these Terms and Conditions to someone else without obtaining your consent; provided such transfer does not significantly disadvantage you.
34. Any provision of these Terms and Conditions which is deemed illegal and/or prohibited or unenforceable under any applicable law will be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions.
