WHERE DO I FIND THE KPIN CODE ON PACK?
- Find the exclusive 10-digit KPIN code on the pack
- For Cereals products the code can be found on the top of the box next to the expiry date
- For Snacks products the code can be found at the bottom of the box
HOW DO I GET MY UNIQUE 25% DISCOUNT CODE TO MAKE A BOOKING?
- Scan the QR code from a promotional Kellogg pack or go to https://town.kelloggs.com/en_GB/merlin/home.html
- Register or login with a Kellogg’s account
- Enter the KPIN code from the promotional pack
- Your discount code is displayed on screen
- Your code will also be emailed to you along with a link to book the attraction of your choice
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I USE MY UNIQUE DISCOUNT CODE?
Your unique code can only be used for one booking. You can get further unique discount codes by purchasing additional promotional packs

HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE TO BOOK ONLINE ?
All guests are required to pre-book their tickets online by 11.59pm the day before the intended visit to gain entry to the Merlin attraction of their choice.
To book your promotional ticket:
- Visit https://merlinmagic.biz/kelloggs/
- Select the attraction that you wish to visit on the booking page.
- Select the ticket type that you wish to purchase
- Enter your unique discount code (sent to you by Kelloggs) when prompted to in the booking journey
- Complete your secure booking and enter your payment details
CAN I BOOK OVER THE PHONE?
This offer is not available to book over the phone, however you can book your tickets via the website using your unique promotional code.
